Pre 31 March Reminders #1

This is the first of the posts in preparation of the end of the financial year on 31 March (yep it is just about here!) ..

ACC CoverPlus Extra (CPX) Renewal
Those of you on the ACC Coverplus Extra product will be (or already should have ) getting your Policy renewal form. You need to check that the details are correct as the policy will auto-renew next month.
IMPORTANT: An invoice will be sent (emailed or post) BUT if the premium is not paid the policy will lapse.
If your policy from last year did lapse and you want to go onto to CPX from 1 April, please get in touch so an application can be prepared and submitted.
If you are not on CPX and want to know more please contact us.

Minimum Wage Increase
On the back of last year’s additional statutory holiday plus the increase in sick leave entitlement from 5 to 10 days, there is an increase coming in the minimum wage effective from 1 April 2022.
The new rates are – adult minimum wage $21.20 per hour and the Starting-out and Training minimum wage rates $16.96 per hour.
